If you are not happy with any purchase you have made with us for any reason, please contact hello@juicebrewery.co.uk with your name, order number, purchased items, and the reason for requesting a refund. We will endeavor to rectify any issues.


It is not possible for us to offer refunds for cancellations made less than two (2) full working days before the delivery date. For example if your delivery is due on Tuesday, you must cancel no later than Thursday 6pm prior to your delivery.

Due to the nature of our business we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.


All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current prices. With the nature of fresh produce and seasonal price fluctuations, currency fluctuations and fuel prices, changes are frequent and unpredictable therefore we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect cost changes on our operations side.

Where an item is unavailable, Juice Brewery will contact you regarding this and we can work out an agreeable solution to this.


Local delivery in Canterbury and surrounds are every Tuesday and Friday, cut off for orders for these days are on Sunday and Wednesday respectively.

For nationwide deliveries we will let you know once we have received your order, please let us know your delivery preferences in your order notes.

We don’t need you to be in to take the delivery, but we just ask you leave us with instructions of where we can leave your juices if you are not there. We pack your juices in an insulated box so they will stay cold until you arrive home and transfer them to the fridge or freezer.

Delivery is free when you spend over £60 and there is a small surcharge of £10 for orders under £60.
